Booking in / Cancelling appointment
ACC and Instep Referrals
If you have a referral through ACC or Instep, you do not need to contact us to make a booking. Once we receive your referral, we will have all the relevant information required and will contact you using the details provided. Our team will arrange an appointment with you at the next available time that suits.
Cancelling an Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please contact us on 021 138 7639 or info@mamaeroa.com at least 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations make it difficult for us to offer the appointment time to someone else who may be waiting. We understand that unexpected situations can come up, so it’s important to let us know as soon as possible.
Private Bookings (No Referral)
If you are booking privately without a referral, appointments can be made online through our Fresha booking system. You can also use this system to reschedule or cancel your appointment if needed.
General enquiries
If you have any questions about our services, including Mirimiri, Rongoā, or visiting our clinic, we’d love to hear from you. Our team is happy to help with appointment enquiries, information about our healing services, or guidance on which service may be right for you.
Please send all general enquiries to info@mamaeroa.com, and we will respond as soon as possible. We aim to reply as soon we can and your enquiries are important to us.
If your enquiry relates to booking an appointment, please include your name, preferred contact details, and a brief description of what you are seeking support for. This helps us ensure your enquiry is directed to the appropriate staff.
For urgent matters or time-sensitive booking requests, we recommend contacting us during clinic hours (Weekdays 9-3pm).
