REFERRALS

We provide Rongoā Māori and Mirimiri services for whānau approved through ACC and InStep. Our approach is guided by tikanga Māori and mātauranga, working holistically to support tinana, hinengaro, wairua, and whānau wellbeing. Practitioners work in partnership with you and, where appropriate, alongside your ACC or InStep support team to ensure care aligns with your approved plan while remaining grounded in kaupapa Māori healing practices.

ACC referrals 

If you would like Rongoā Māori to be part of your ACC rehabilitation plan, you can request this through your ACC recovery team member, via MyACC, or by contacting ACC by phone or email then quoting our vendor number, VBI172. ACC will review your request as part of your approved injury claim and, once authorised, will fund your approved Rongoā Māori sessions. You don’t need a referral from a GP or clinician for ACC to consider rongoā, but you or your health provider can include rongoā in your overall recovery discussion with ACC.
