What is the delivery / shipping fee?
Delivery/shipping within New Zealand is a flat rate of NZD$7.95 per order. For all domestic orders over NZD$150 delivery is free.
What are delivery timeframes?
- Urban delivery: Within 7 business days
- Rural delivery: Within 7 business days
- Outer Island delivery: Within 7-10 business days
Please allow 2 business days from placing your order, for the delivery details to be confirmed by email.
We will always strive to ensure on-time delivery, but at times due to unforseen circumstances there may be instances when packages may be delivered past the estimated date.
Do you ship internationally?
At present we only ship to Australia.
- International (Australia Only): 21 business days.
Who will delivery my order?
Our chosen courier service is Fastway and Courier Post.
In your shipping confirmation email is a tracking link which will take you directly to the carriers website to track your order.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
No, although we advise you to allow 2 days for your delivery email confirmation, we strive to dispatch your orders within 24 hours. Once your order has been placed and in our system for processing, we can not guarantee that a change of address request will be processed in time for dispatch.
Do you offer express delivery?
No, we do not offer express delivery.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not deliver to:
- PO boxes
- Parcel lockers
- Private Mail Bags (PMBs)
- Locked bags
